What to expect:
In our initial assessment we will talk about your goals, your needs specific to the sport you play, any injuries you have, your nutrition and supplementation, and sleep and recovery practices. Once we’ve acquired a solid vantage point of your foundation we will create a strategy for our work together. This program will incorporate functional training, posture corrective fundamentals, speed and agility work, recovery practices, nutritional guidance, a supplement and essential oil regime, and stress management tools.
Our role in your program is to locate the red flags in your biomechanics, weaknesses in your strength and stability, and any other deficiencies in your physiology. We will design a play book that will fill in those holes, correct the movement patterns necessary for your athletic role, and align every one of your systems to reach the most optimal levels of sports performance.
